(The amount will not be debited; SWIKLY replaces a deposit or a pre-authorization with a bank card imprint. This allows you to secure your reservation without paying in advance)

 

Restaurant reservation: 

 

1/ all cancellations within 24 hours are charged 199 euros (unless medical certificate from a medical center or doctor in the Savoie region) and charged

2/ the No show will be billed at 399 euros (unless there is a medical certificate from a medical center or doctor in the Savoie region) and charged

 

Transfers: Airport, Train station…:

 

Cancellation within the previous 15 days, the entire amount will be invoiced and debited.

 

Writing of Itinerary refused by the client invoices 99 euros and debited

 

Search service that does not result in any action (if at least 3 search parameters correspond to the request) will be billed at 99 euros and debited.

 

Cancellation of baby sitter within 24 hours will be charged 100 euros and charged 

 

Cancellation of any services within 24 hours will be charged 100 euros and debited

 

Cancellation of head of massage service, hairdressing... within 7 days before the reservation date the total amount will be collected.

 

Cancellation by chef within 7 days before the reservation date, the total amount will be charged.

 

Cancellation by Head of Ski Instructor within 30 days before the reservation date the total amount will be charged.

 

Cancellation of all activities (snowmobiling, hot air ballooning, etc.) Within 7 days before the reservation date, the total amount will be invoiced and collected.

 

In the event that we should make a payment or reimbursement request with our partner SWIKLY, 6% of the amounts collected will be added for intervention costs.

Itinerary refused by the customer invoice 99 euros and collected
